The Bradley Johnson Memorial Foundation provides junior golfers with financial assistance to participate in local, state, and national tournaments. You will be asked to submit your golf resumes, a copy of your most recent IRS 1040 forms, and a 200-word summary of why you feel the foundation should consider your request. These documents are required in order to review your request.
You MUST apply no later than 30 days prior to the event date in order to be considered.
